Business Development manager China
WINDAERO LLC – International Aviation Company is hiring Business Development Manager for CHINA Region. If you have enthusiasm in working with B2B Sales and communicate with Airlines, Lessors & Part Suppliers or Manufacturers, then this will be the perfect place for YOU!
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for the region;
- Drive new sales and optimize revenue in all service categories;
- Prospect continuously and maintain consistent pipeline of orders;
- Ensure timely, professional communication with clients (proposals, pricing, etc.);
- Build, develop and maintain customer relationships with key clients;
- Be industry expert and partner to clients on business solutions;
- Responsible for final account sales and revenue growth in the region;
- Travel as necessary round the World in performance of duties.
- Positive, proactive, can-do work attitude;
- 3-4 years’ sales experience;
- Sales experience, selling IT services or products is an advantage;
- Ability to create and successfully implement a sales strategy;
- Able to translate customer needs into solutions with strong value propositions;
- Able to make business decisions taking into consideration impact on organization;
- Strong verbal/written communication and negotiation skills;
- Fluent English (spoken/written).
